Ok, hope this is not a dumb question, but finally got my new system up and running yesterday.  When the system is off, the power and reset buttons, the LED strip by the onboard sound and some other things that light up stay on.  The LED stays lit on the AIO pump top as well.  The ROG light below the CPU will pulse on and off.  I believe there is a BIOS option to turn that light off, but what about the rest of the lights?  Is that normal or is there some setting to have them turn off?  I don't mind them on when the system is on, but don't really want to stay on when system is off.

I tried searching online but couldn't find any answer.  I haven't had much time to play around in the BIOS either.  Thanks!

There is a BIOS Option to Disable the ROG Effects under "Advance Mode" that will Disable the ROG CPU Pulse and the SupremeFX Lighting LED strip by the onboard sound area.
I don't know about the AIO pump top (I'm using Phase Change) ,But the rest of the lights stay on when the System is Shut Down, which is Normal.

Thanks man.  I will do some digging in the BIOS and see if I can see what I can and cannot turn off.  I bought this board at launch and finally got all my parts to get it up and running now.  Everything has gone smoothly so far, but haven't had much time to dig into all the features and setting in the BIOS just yet.

Yeah, you can get lost in that bios for days it is so extensive.

No doubt, so much in there I have even no idea what it does, so definitely won't be touching those!

Anyway, I looked a bit last night and it looks like the only things in the BIOS you can turn off is the ROG CPU pulse and the onboard sound light strip.  I actually don't mind if those stay on or not.

So the power and reset buttons stay on, should normal.  I see the little amber LED by the BIOS chip stays on, assume normal.  My biggest concern is the LED on the pump cap stays on.  It is a Kraken X60, which has a SATA power connection and a USB connection to the board.  I'm running a AX1200i power supply.  I guess I don't care if it stays on, just want to make sure what I am seeing is normal.  I know LEDs can have a pretty long life, but any concern on keeping it lit 24/7?  I can flip the power switch in the PSU to turn everything off, but that is kind of annoying to have to do that constantly.

Yes, off the USB.  Doing some research, seems like it was normal to stay on since it is plugged into the USB.  No big deal.  The Kraken is only temporary until I get parts for custom loop.

    Thanks for the help everyone
