Hey guys,
 
I just recently RMA'd a faulty GTX 770 and i've now been informed that a replacement is on it's way (thank you very much!!!!!!!!!!!), but since I RMA's before 30 days after purchase, does that mean I am getting a brand new GTX 770 or a used one? Just a query.

    With RMAs within the first 30 days, we do send you a new product. Depending on availability, it could be an OEM card, or sometimes it's a new in box retail card. Either way, I can assure you it will be an unused, new product and not a recertified one.
