I would first like to welcome you to our forums. The issue you are having is likely due to the motherboard's bios not supporting the newer generation video cards. This is something that is not to surprising with an Intel branded motherboards. I would still recommend making sure that your bios for your motherboard is fully up to date. If this does not resolve the issue I then would recommend testing this card in a different computer/motherboard to confirm if the card is indeed in working order. There may be a likely possibility that your motherboard will not support the newer cards regardless of the manufacturer. Please keep us updated with the results of your testing so we can further assist you.
