Hey. I just want upgrade my case to minimalize temps on GPU Windforce780.
Which will be better from that both...

I would personally go with the 450D its a much newer case and it looks like a smaller version of my 750D. I'm been extremely happy with my move to Corsair, I was checking out their 250D the other day at MicroCenter for a mini-itx gaming build for the living room

    Nice review of the 450D:

I'm sure you can't go wrong with either, I personally like the aesthetics of the 450D over the 500R..

I would personally stay away from the Corsair cases. Sure they make good memory, and PSU's, but with cases, you should go with Cooler Master. They keep your PC more cool, and are built really well. CM will keep the hardware inside a lot more cooler.

Any data to back that claim up or just your opinion?

I've used both, my '08-'10 setup was in an CM Stacker 830 NVIDIA edition and my current setup lives in a Corsair 750D. Both chassis were quality built and both kept my system cool.. I think you'd be fine with just about any Full Size tower, from my personal experience, its when you try and cram a decent amount of components in to a small space.. my current plex server is in a CM Elite 110, another quality case for the money and its intended use. I do not run a GPU as this is solely used for a sever/homecloud but with how crammed it is inside I can only imagine the heat with a full size GPU running in there..

Purchase whatever case fits your needs and budget. If you have a retail store that sells cases (tigerdirect, microcenter, etc) I would highly recommend going there and checking them out in person. Some looks nice in their pictures but are complete junk in person.

Complete disagreement here. In fact I would tend to prefer Corsair.

AMD Ryzen 9 7950X,  Corsair Mp700 Pro M.2, 64GB Corsair Dominator Titanium DDR5  X670E Steel Legend, MSI RTX 4090 Associate Code: H5U80QBH6BH0AXF. I am NOT an employee of EVGA

The first one you linked "500" has side intake does it not? The second one "450" just a window. Any air on the second one has to squeeze through those cages from the front side. My vote of the two the 500. For air cooling side door and remove one of the front cages and install a fan for better air flow from front to back,as long as you don't need that much HD space That is. . Good Luck

If you are including more than one GPU in your build then the "500" would be best for the side air flow. If not the "450" should be fine, but both will need thought given to fan layouts and airflow planning. Might want to look around at other cases. There are many designs and many options. Next to the CPU decision, this is one of the most important ones to your overall build. Good luck.
