    Welcome to the EVGA forums
    ---------------------------------

What Nvidia driver version do you currently have installed?
Do you install your Nvidia driver manually? or are you using the GFE (GeForce Experience) to do it?

Is your CPU at stock speeds?
What exact ram sticks do you have and are they running at factory voltage and timings?

You mentioned monitoring video card temps during play, what -exact- monitoring software do you have installed?

    driver ver 335.23
well I try and do clean install nv drivers, I uninstalled experience because when I used it , it put everything on ultra and it caused game to crash with ran out of v ram message, any way went back into bf3 video settings and lowerd settings a bit, but ever since its been crashing
cpu is stock but turbo's to 3.9 ghz
ram is at factory v and timmings, and where made for the z77 board/ cpu, heh needed mb bios update to get system stable
software for cards is hardware monitor exe, afterburner and precision x, used at diff times
maybe I need to uninstall game and reinstall game,
or reinstall win 7(but its a pain and takes ages had a few Trojans and viruses but mse fixs that) or try win 8, actally been looking at bf4 or titanfall but so many are pluaged with game crashes.

oh and im gameing over wifi also been happening since I changed over but I don't know if it causeing it

Classic DX conflict from too many monitoring programs
This has probably caused corruption in one of the programs used... thats why its crashing
    -----------------------------

Uninstall HWMonitor from Control panel/Programs and features
    REBOOT

Uninstall MSI Afterburner from Control panel/Programs and features
*During the uninstall you MUST answer -NO- when asked to save data
    REBOOT

Uninstall EVGA Precision from Control panel/Programs and features
*During the uninstall you MUST answer -NO- when asked to save data
    REBOOT
    -----------------------
Follow the exact instructions above and do NOT skip the reboots
    -----------------------

Now download and MANUALLY install 337.50
Run it ONLY in "Custom Mode"
UNCHECK -ALL- Nvidia driver components except for Graphics driver and PhysX
Make SURE you put a checkmark in "perform a clean install"
*after the driver install, reboot the computer once (do NOT skip this reboot)

This will fix you right up

*In the future PICK ONE monitoring program and only use that, if you want to use another uninstall the older one first and reboot..
And NEVER EVER have any monitoring program running while installing Nvidia driversets!! Shut it down before installing a new driver.

now no device driver will install
windows update says access denied when trying to install device
    looking at reformatting
    and this
A driver (service) for this device has been disabled.  An alternate driver may be providing this functionality. (Code 32)

    gotta love win 7

well now im suspecting its my PSu is failing or not giving enuff power, its a cheapish well 130 buk, thermaltake tr2 800 watt psu with 12 v 60amp dual rails.
in sli tested on both cards individually bf3 shuts down at random
each card individually tested in non SLI mode with bf3 to play a full game with no shutdowns and actually enjoy a game heh, well 1 card is enuff but im greedy with SLI.
oh says 3 yr warranty on psu, im in Australia, and computer place I bought it from says only 1 yr warranty, so where do I stand?
