Woah, Guys... So this will probably make like 2 people happy and to be honest it's a huge weight off my shoulders.

I drove it for 2 weeks, racked 600 miles on it! I received a call late last night from the F&R guy, Mind you this is 2 weeks after... He says the banks didn't like the fact that I work for an agency so they're having a hard time approving the loan... This puzzled me since usually the loan is secured prior to making any deals. I told him to call me if anything pops up, But the day after (This morning) I checked my credit report and I had 12 new inquiries!!! All car loan companies. This is apart from the original Kia pulls (2) so they made a total of 14 hard credit pulls!

I went in ASAP (9AM) and after waiting and telling them to go have fun with themselves, I returned the car free of charge, They actually refunded me the $205 I had paid for insurance.

The funny thing is, Since lots of people hate me at work (It's because of my position to deny them stuff they might need) someone scratched the car lol. I also abused the hell out of it before it hit the 500 mile break in point, I was abusing the turbo like there was no tomorrow... I'm glad that's behind me. Didn't have to suffer with the $700 payment.

Right after I left the lot, I test drove a Dodge Challenger and a Chevrolet Camaro at 2 seperate dealers (Both in Los Angeles) one if the main Dodge dealership and the other is Felix which deals with only chevy's. The camaro is way too small, So I declined that and went back to the dodge dealership, I was approved for another lease to buy, But this time they said $435 for 3 years, Still sounded high so I declined and happily went back home in the 2012 Nissan Frontier.

My friend however did purchase a 2014 Dodge Avenger, Super nice car!! It's his first purchase, He's 19 and was approved directly through Chrysler financial!

Honestly, I'm going to miss the turbo, But I won't miss the pressure I felt knowing I'd have to throw $700 monthly on just a car note on something I would've returned anyways. I'm going to keep driving the truck until I'm 100% debt free and then I'll buy my Challenger R/T with ease.

Now that sounds like a good idea Rush. By the way your friend has a very nice car for being a 19 year old. I just hope he did not screw himself over the deal. You know them dealers, they like to take advantage of them younglings lol. Also you are right the Camaro is a small car. I cant even see out the back window either. The Challenger in the other hand is REALLY room for a sports car. The seats are like lazy boy chairs and that is a plus for me since I drive like a lazy person all slouched down. You can literately sleep in the Challenger very comfortable.

I hope you didnt actually call the challenger a sports car lol..its a land barge.

The challenger is a sports car.. lol >_< I know you were just joking, But as far as insurances go, it's a sports car.

well now is the time to rethink what you need. Maybe look around and get a used older car maybe 5-6 years old. Or even go all out and get a cheap beater so you only need to pay liability insurance. Skip the creditors all together.

Yes, I made the mistake of not listening to my dad. The plan now is to go to the dodge dealership in June/July and purchase a 2014 Dodge Challenger R/T in cash, Screw the financing department. This way I get a cheaper price on the car overall, but I'm still going to get full coverage just because it'll be a new car... At least for the first year. Not sure why I ignored my dads advice if he wanted to help me out by paying it off, He just said to give him until March and I was impatient. Now I told him I'm just going to wait until June/July to clear all my debts that way I can pay him back even faster than I would be able to now-march.

Rush, you can buy my 2007 Hyundai Sonata V6 with 91,900 miles for $6000 cash ;)

Nuu, I'm okay. I like driving sports cars better :)

Plus, Once you start driving new cars, You can't ever go back to buying used cars... That's what my dad says, hah!

Most manufacturers copy something off someone else, If it's popular, Why not give it a try?

I would've preferred to be driving the one he traded in for it though...

I would've changed the exhaust to make it more aggressive. Unfortunately, Since he used to take it to work, The gas was too much to be driving nearly 50 miles a day from work and back. (25 per trip).

Hey nice purchase with the the Optima. I was shocked to see how much you paid for that optima. Where do you live?

I just recently purchased a 2014 Snow White Optima SXL with black interior for $33,500 out the door. Damn good deal huh. It's almost fully loaded, just doesn't have cargo tray or net. I use  and it gave me an amazing price. And the dealership match that price for me. So i was lucky and man do i love that car. The tech and luxury is amazing. I couldn't care less for BMW, AUDI, Benz, or Lexus. This gives me everything i want at a much cheaper price. I am not concern about the reliability of this because of the great warranty.

You know what really bugs me? I search for problems and reliability issues with the Optima within the past 5-8 years, i got next to nothing or very minor issues that can be fix easily. Yet everyone keep doubting the optima because they assume Kia is a bad brand..,.....However, I search and actually know people with brand new and use BMW,BENZ, Audi within the past 6 years that have had major problems with their cars and horrible reliability and yet they don't complain about it.

So i'm confused. Even through all those issues people still believed that those luxury brands have good reliability?? and Kia is worse?? I'm just confused. BMW made have major problems in X5 and 3 series and more and yet no one cares. But bring a Kia along and everyone suddenly worries about reliability.

Overall I loved my new Kia and know it'll stay strong.

@PearlOptima

I don't have the Optima anymore. The dealership tried to do me dirty, I now drive a 2013 Mustang as shown here :
