here it is
https://www.dropbox.com/s/ctyvl18d22zjpdi/gpu-z_capture.jpg

clock droped a bit down right after I alt tabed it was at approx 1050 at the momen of alt-tab
now this is all ultra and all AA at max.
As soon as turn of all AA it becomes way more playable.

Also it looks that I may have problem with CPU as yellow CPU line is way bellow green GPU line when graph is active. In example of single screen yellow and green lines are one on top of another.
I'mgonna try to get 1 GPU to be dedicated to physix and 3 of them active as there is that option when setting up SLI as well...

Battlefield 4 does not support Physx.  So, enabling one of your cards as a Physx card will not help.  On the other hand on the subject of removing one of your rendering GPUs, it might be worthwhile to test dual and tri SLI configurations in comparison to quad SLI since quad SLI may not be well supported by the game or may saturate your PCI-E bandwidth excessively at high resolutions with high AA settings.

You might want to also consider going down to 8GB or 16GB of memory instead of 32GB of memory in order to overclock your CPU better and see if that helps.

no luck. good side got 4th screen, tv active to put all those gpu-z and other monitors on it.
bad things.. at start it was running exactly the same with all 4 active (btw when all 4 are used for surround then I can't use 4th monitor/tv)
later it dropped down to 20-30 fps completely unplayable.
but also noticed cards at 80 degrees and down clocking to 875MHz

at the end it is probably combo of CPU can't follow all 4, temperatures high down clocking cards and also BF4 not really ready and fully optimized.. or drivers..

still ok with all AA off just it should be faster. :) even with AA off it drops down to 45-50 range fps

I was playing last night, oh yea Titan sli on 5670x1080, and my frames began dropping for the first time. I was like (Deleted for foul language) So I exited and noticed my highest temp was at 88C! Again (Deleted for foul language) I look at my top fan speed and it was 30%. I looked and I guess I must have unchecked auto user fan profile and it kept the fan at lowest setting. I am also running bios mod @1006 core.

Also running ultra preset in bf4

I think this may make the game worse for you in your situation since you are dealing with such a high resolution and memory pool, but just for troubleshooting purposes, have you tried running the game in 32-bit mode?  Myself and many others have found that the game runs a lot better in 32-bit mode compared to 64-bit mode but that is not necessarily the case for everyone.

I'm having the same issues. I have 3 Titan's in sli, and any/all settings with surround have stuttering issues. When I have Fraps up, it always shows 60+ frames, but the stuttering is very noticeable. I've tried enabling v-sync, and Fraps shows 59.9 fps, with no dips, but the stuttering remains. :(

Hopefully a fix is found soon. I'd rather play it with Surround than a single monitor.

I have the same issues in both the 64-bit and 32-bit versions of the game.

I figured you would.  It was a suggestion purely for troubleshooting purposes.  You might still want to consider staying in 32-bit mode if it does not cause any additional issues as the 32-bit mode is apparently more stable for the majority of people who have tried it.  But because you folks are dealing with such a huge memory pool at that resolution / graphics quality, 32-bit mode might pose a problem where it does not pose a problem for "normal" gamers such as myself.

ive had stuttering as well

you have to disable c3 and c6 state  and disable core parking i use this program to disable core parking
http://bitsum.com/about_cpu_core_parking.php

be sure to disable on all power profiles. then restart the computer.  now im not getting any stuttering. main thing though that stopped stuttering was disabling c-state. i left c1e enabled and speedstep and im doing good now. if you like you can disable those as well. i left them on cause i dont want my cpu running at max v-core 24/7.

Yeah I know but it's not a deep sleep / power gating state. C3 and c6 is. Like I said disable all if you want I only disabled c3 and 6 and no more stuttering or hangs

cores unpark as I run into that on forums too, but c states.. gonna check out bios.
but I've noticed also that my CPU frequencies is never dropping down since I upgraded to new MBO and CPU.
always at 4.4Mhz never going down, when remember on older mbo and i7 2600k it was droping down to 1600Mhz when CPU is not used...
maybe C states are already disabled... gonna check

so far only way to remove stuttering is to turn of all AA
