GOP bios for gtx 760 4gb cards

do the evga gtx 760 4gb cards have the gop bios already in them for windows 8/8.1 fast boot under uefi? The reason I ask is that I currently own two asus gtx 760 2gb cards that have the gop bios built in right out of the box. Not sure if there was a vendor wide change with this? Meaning I would like to give away my two gtx 760's and get two evga gtx 760 4gb cards if the cards have gop bios or gop bios updates since that would be the max my psu can handle. I am using a rosewill fortress 750 watt 80 plus platinum psu with the two 2gb cards in sli. Any thoughts?

    same issue here i think they are not gop because my EVGA 760 ACX dont boot on uefi i have to use it on legacy but theres no performance decrease so im ok
