To confirm you are using a IvyBridge-E 4930K, correct? If so you need to have the BIOS switch on number 3. The other two will only work with SandyBridge-E. Just flip the switch, hit the power button and everything should boot up just fine. Once up and running it is suggested to flash to the current BIOS: http://www.evga.com/support/download/

Yes i use a  Ivy Bridge-E 4390K
The tird bios should be selected, the switch is complete right.the red LED near the Power conector is on.
CMos Reset is done too, that so often that i stoped counting.
Removed the Bios battery for 10 Minutes and i get only this error.
Checked evry single RAM Modlue.
Tried to post with one ram module.
AND NOTHING. :(
i don´t know what to do now.

Can you confirm that you have both the 24-pin and left 8-pin CPU connectors hooked up to the board?

If so, do you have another PSU that you can test with?

Try loosening the heat sink on the CPU. If it's over-tightened, it can cause strange errors such as this. If that doesn't work, try the board outside the case on a piece of cardboard or wooden surface to remove any grounding issues that may be occuring.

I loosen my Heatsink a little, did not help, i mounted it with the instuctions of the manual.
I don´t have an other heatsink wich fitts on Socket 2011, setting up out of the case is a problem  my complete system is watercooled.
If i have grounding problem, my X58 setup wouldn´t worked, but it did. i chanched only the Board and the CPU.

I have only the 4930K. I try to get it to my uncles Rampage IV Formula. to test it there, i can ask him to borrow his 3930K.

Make sure you update the Bios on your Rampage IV Formula to 4310 before you put in that 4930K.
I would test the 3930K CPU FROM the Rampage IV Formula IN the X79 Dark. This will be a better test of the X79 MB.

So the problem is solved. My rig works!!!! :)
I set the 3930K from my uncle on to the X79 Dark and could Post without Problems, then i performed a Bios Update to 205.
After the update i installed the 4930K and tada it got post.
I ran memtest x86 for 1 hour and 10 minutes with one complete pass.

I think there was an error in the Beta Bios.

I have the same issue with my Dark + 4930k. Don't have any other 2011 cpu:s to boot with so it's off to RMA for me. It does give some hope that you got it to work though.. I suppose I'll get the same board back with an updated bios.

Same sh**y issue here. 4930k, Only FF and no post.

Very nice out-of-the-box experience.... bugged just out of the box........ never happened to me things like this..... no words....

Opened a ticket where i asked to receive only a new bios chip with updated bios.

I hope it will do the trick.

I'm still waiting for evga to answer.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Just to know, from overclock.net forum:

"Wanna know the real problem with this board? You can't use a 4930K on it out of the box. There's actually a little piece of paper included in the bundle that says "If you are an IB-E user, set the BIOS to position 3 so that your mobo can recognize your CPU". Well guess what? That beta BIOS doesn't recognize the 4930K for some reason.

Not just mine mind you, there's at least 4 other people to whom it has happened and were forced to RMA the card. Well 3 actually RMA'd because the 4th guy had a SB-E CPU lying around so he used that one to flash the mobo to the latest BIOS version before putting the 4930K back in and it worked.

And seeing as there is no way to flash the BIOS of the mobo without a CPU....
Now I'm gonna have to RMA my board, wait for at least a month until I get it back with them having flashed it to a more recent BIOS like they did for the other guys.

Take my advice, if you're getting a 4930K this is most definitely not the board you want to get. "
