Recently i've began to get quick black screen and they say that " Display driver Nvidia Windows Kernel mode driver ... error has recovered"

My card is not even a year old and i properly cleaned it.
i've tried , cleaning the display driver and installing an older version 310.70 , i've tried the newer version 326.80 and still i get this error I also changed the bus just to make sure and yet it still show me this error.

A few months back i saw my card temp going crazy at worst it went at 85  ( my card idle temp was normally 65 . i have a Cooler Master and the air flow is really good so its not the cause of the high heat )

I dont know what to do

Go to Nvidia's site and get driver version 320.49 WHQL and save it on your desktop.
If running PrecX, set to default, set not to start with Windows, and close it.
Go to Programs/Features and uninstall all Nvidia items and GeForce Exp if installed.
    Re-boot back into Windows.
Run the graphics driver installer.  Install using Custom Mode.
ONLY install the graphics & PhysX portions.  DO NOT install GeForce Experience, audio or 3D items.
    After install is complete, reboot.

Open PrecX and set it back to run with Windows start up.
If you haven't set up a custom fan profile, do it.  It will help keep your GPU(s) running cooler than the Auto setting.  Make sure to set up your fan profile to look something like this:

Post back when finished to let us know how it worked out.  Make sure to follow the instructions just as written...

    Welcome to the Forums btw...

PS.  When it comes time to update your drivers again, just follow these steps and you should be good to go.

Hmmm.  What are your system specs?  Is anything OC'd.  Also include your PSU make & model?

Do you ever get a BSOD or just driver crashes?  If any bsod's, what is the bcc error code.

Does it seem as though it's only happening when you're in your browser?

Sounds like a defective card, RMA it

I had a 2.56GB GTX 570 (previous card) that experienced black screen crashes randomly, I sent it in for RMA and the replacement is fine.

It's a known issue with those cards, others who have posted here have had the same problem with them as well.

Is your browser open while this is happenng?  I assume it is since you're here.

Install this crash tool >> http://www.resplendence.com/download/whocrashedSetup.exe  After installed, open it up and click the "Analyze" button.  Let's see if that will give us some answers.
If your security won't let you download exe files, you can also get it here >>  http://www.resplendence.com/whocrashed  Look in the "download" section.  Top and center of page.

i ran whocrashed and there is no error log of any kind

It's looking to me like your browser and graphics driver aren't playing nice together.  When you tried your game, was your browser open?  If so, close it, look in your Task Mgr to make sure nothing browser related is left running and test your game again.
If you still crash, take a screen shot of all your running processes.  Something that's running in the background might be conflicting with the driver is what I'm thinking.

If all the above fails, follow _Nite's_ advice.

A few things to try before RMA'ing the card.

#1 Update your motherboards BIOS to the latest revision.
#2 Make sure the iGPU is disabled inside the BIOS.
#3 Make sure your RAM timings & voltage are correctly set inside the BIOS.
#4 Perform a clean boot of windows.
#5 Try running without Precision X. Uninstall Precision X. (When asked to save profiles select "NO", then reboot your system.)
    #6 Report back with results.

EDIT: You could also try setting both of your PCI-E Link Speeds from AUTO to GEN2 inside the BIOS.

Unfortunately for the RMA the heat on my card made the sticker go off and might have been lost somewhere between here where i am and 400km ....

Can't see the full processes list. But from what I can see it looks like you might have a virus. kA0THmlHmkk.exe

If you have any other component overclocked such as the CPU take this down to default and retry.

AMD Ryzen 9 7950X,  Corsair Mp700 Pro M.2, 64GB Corsair Dominator Titanium DDR5  X670E Steel Legend, MSI RTX 4090 Associate Code: H5U80QBH6BH0AXF. I am NOT an employee of EVGA

On a GTX 570 use Afterburner in legacy mode instead of Precision X.

Can you let me know what part number is your 570, I may have a fix for you. Also what web browser are you using, generally Chrome and Firefox run in the background and the hardware acceleration option can cause your issue. Let me know what browser you are using and the part number to see if we can't get your issue resolved.

Chrome definitely runs in the background, try disabling these three options: http://www.jkwebtalks.com/2011/03/enable-or-disable-hardware-acceleration.html. If the results are the same you can re-enable if you would like. I also emailed you a file along with some instructions that could help increase stability.
