So today I received my 780 classified. However it seems to randomly rattle (fan is what it sounds like), even when idle. I have uploaded a file of the audio to soundcloud but I guess I can't post links until I have 10 posts. Has anyone else had any odd noises/rattles with the 780 classified or EVGA's ACX cooler? I'm wondering if I should just RMA the card, but if I do, how fast would the turnaround be, considering these cards are almost never in stock?

Another user said he had the same issue, but that it went away if the fan ran at 41% instead of 39%. You may try setting the lowest fan speed to 41% (or playing with it find where the noise may stop at) to get it to stop.

If you're ok with that, you can avoid rma'ing just because of that lol

I have tried a bunch of different fan speed configurations to no avail. It seems to happen at practically any fan speed, it's idling right now at 50% and it's still there.

I have 3 cards and all of them are doing it, and I even had one replaced by Amazon thinking it was a faulty card. Its all of them, and shame eVga is letting this just happen and not making a statement. I just bought 3 water blocks from EK just to help remedy the issue, as I hope its the danm fan if not I will be livid.
