Welcome to the EVGA forums The site has a link filter (for brand new users) to prevent spam and inappropriate content. You "can" post a link by editing the "http://" or the "www." from the link. Please post your system specs, OS version, if you have Precision installed and if you did a "express" Nvidia driver install and/or installed the "GeForce Experience" Nvidia driver component

I just started playing Battlefield 3 again. Pop in with my new GTX 770 and this is what I see. iaza.com/work/130613C/iaza17687393255600.jpg iaza.com/work/130613C/iaza17687334061000.jpg iaza.com/work/130613C/iaza17687352317600.jpg iaza.com/work/130613C/iaza17687315543300.jpg Must say, looks great... All other games work fine, it's just Battlefield 3 so id like this fixed ASAP. Not sure if it's because it's overheating or what. Running an Intel I5-2500K, EVGA GTX 770 SC ACX, 8GB of RAM, and Windows 7 x64 Pro

maniacvvv Follow the steps listed here -exactly- as posted Should fix you right up Now I would follow those steps if only I had Nvidia Geforce experience installed but I don't and it never was.

No I do not have Precision 4.2.0 or any version. This is my first time ever buying an Nvidia product as I used to buy AMD but thought I would try something different since I heard great things from the 700 series. All I installed was the Nvidia latest drivers and un selected the Geforce Experience.

What card was in the system prior to installing the GTX 770?
What motherboard (make/model number) are you using? Does it have "Virtu-logic" iGPU settings in the BIOS?
What changes have you made (if any) in the NVCP Manage 3D Settings panel? Please describe them -exactly-
I had the AMD 6870 installed, uninstalled all AMD drivers and used Driver Sweeper to remove any drivers and DLL files the uninstallation may have missed. I am using an ASUS P8P67 motherboard. And have not touched the Nvidia control panel yet. And for the BIOS I don't know I have not been in the BIOS very much.

Are you using a graphics "Preset" in BF3's video options panel? Have you ever used a BF3 settings editor like "Realmware"?

I am using custom settings for BF3 and have set everything to Ultra aside for a few AA settings set at 2x. And no I have never used any settings editor for BF3 although I have for Bad Company 2 but can't see that being related.

Try the -exact- settings posted below and dont skip any for testing Attachments are not available: Download requirements not met *after making the changes above (AND saving them), quit the game, close battlelog and close and then EXIT Origin. This will allow the textures and shaders to rebuild -and- sync with Origin correctly when you relaunch another game

Just some input. I am using the setting you have above. However my V sync is on and colorblind support is on. I change FOV based on games but have gone up to the max(without config changes) 90 without issue so far. I would say on average it is set to 80.
I have played quite a bit BF and not have had an issue yet so opposite boat OP. :( Playing bigger maps too like kharg and armored kill and endgame maps. The most I will play is a few hours would length without a break matter or is this happening like after a few minutes?

We are trying to eliminate possible issues In-game BF3 Vsync needs to be set to OFF *(should any form of Vsync be enabled in the NVCP issue could occur) Colorblind support should be OFF (there is a known bug the some users experience) The BF3 in game FOV setting is the -reverse- of what is normally in games, its VERTICAL not--> Horizontal as users expect. (as such setting this value to high can produce issues. the default of 70 is preferred, but anything below 80 is OK for testing

I believe it was a heating issue with my card. I switched to 314.22 with modding the INF file just to be on the safe side since a lot of people are saying it's killing GPU's. Since I switched my cards been running 20c cooler then with 320.18 and that is insane. When I touched the card with 320.18 installed I would just about burn my fingers. Now it's cool. I think Nvidia need to fix this because they have a heating issue with their 320.18 drivers.

I'll try those settings (posted by maniac in post# 14). I have an ASUS GTX770-DC2OC-2GD5 and the only game I play is BF3. I followed the instructions you posted in the other thread and my issues (similar to the below link) persist. watch?feature=player_embedded&v=g7iGxZp94wE preceed link with youtube. com/ I will try those settings along with the "Save Settings", "quit game", "Close battlelog (I assume you mean log out of battlelog and exit the browser)", close and EXIT Origin and see if I still have any issues. If I do, I'll RMA the card. Just out of curiosity, has nVidia acknowledged there is a problem with this driver? I bought a high end (high end for me that is) video card so I can play BF3/BF4 at max settings, including AA, etc... The specs on my card indicate that I should be able to do that without any problems. I will be royally pissed off if nVidia's answer is to "play at lesser settings" and not fix whatever is the real problem.

There has been countless amounts of threads on both EVGA and Nvidia forums regarding the new 320.18 causing problems, probably wont be that long untill they release a new driver, i however hasn't encounter any issue with the new 320.18 Driver on my GTX 780 SC been playing BF3 / metro last light / LoL / warZ / AOEO / Hitman AB had no issue in any of those game so far, but as so many have issues with this driver i would like a new driver to be release ASAP.
