    Maybe do with graphic driver 314.22 WHQL as I saw other peoples forums was saying this driver cause crash like your but if you are overclock maybe try down clock a little!! I saw other peoples was saying that 320.00 Beta is much improve better than 314.22 WHQL! I haven't try 320.00 beta because I rather to wait new driver with WHQL coming soon!!

    if I have the OC version I installed all drivers beta 320.00, 314.07 and 314.22
    and the error still when windows desktop shows me the error and tells me black screen and then blue screen and how to lower the clock to the card and could not use

    Mmm that strange but I think it sound like your memory ram error I not sure but if you can run test memtest tool to check your rams for error!! Download here :-memtest86.

    That odd! Do you think this card may faulty? try RMA if you can?

    I may be some damage to drivers because the card works but throws me this error and openGL error

    Can you tell me full spec of your PC e.g what CPU, Power Psu and memory and motherboard please?

    You can try clean install click here see my post :- Clean install Try use Driver sweeper not Driver Fusion!!!
    Hope it should work for you and come back any problem

    That really odd !! Let try close EVGA Precision X and test the game if none crash then you may know Precision problem and try re install precision!!

    I found a solution to use the card went to customize your desktop will disable the Windows 7 basic theme I error appeared one works fine what I need is to test fit!
