All my power savers are on "Never". Not using aero... Not sure what else to do... Basically... When I am using the computer... 99% usage... Leave the computer for over an hour, 50% usage... This feeels familiar, I just cannot remember what it is that I am forgetting to do

Are you sure the drivers aren't crashing? And isn't the current core not really optimized for Kepler?

dipdippotatochip Are you sure the drivers aren't crashing? And isn't the current core not really optimized for Kepler? Last I heard, Kepler is not optimized in Folding. I would not rule out it is the drivers. However it is a clear 50% drop, wiggle the mouse, goes back to 99%...

Almost sounds like your pc is going into hibernation. Are your power settings set for performance? Turn off any screensaver. Is your slider at 100% ? Even for a kepler, this is not normal. Latest driver is 314.07.

Sounds like power config to me also. Hard drive ro something is going to sleep. I would change it or even use a different power setting(high, low and normal) Your probably on normal by default. Move to high and reconfigure it to not go to sleep. Possible option: Also under configure/advanced/folding core priority i moved mine to slightly high because my PGU's were jumping from 99-100% down to 50% like a nightmare roller coaster, like 10 up and downs per second. killed my PPD untill i clicked it and it folded in full force after that.
