Hi all  Every time I want to upload new pics and crop them to size, the MR photo upload page wipes the previous uploaded pics from the gallery.... in other words it fails to save the pics you have uploaded  Sometimes it saves 1 or 2 pics, but when uploading a 2nd or a 3rd it wipes all the other pics you have already uploaded  This is very frustrating and I am getting fed up by it  Anyways I just hope this can be fixed asap :X My main MR page is ruined due to this flaw  I just hope this can be addressed sometime soon, I also have emptied my History and that didn't do a thing either. Here a Video I made of the bug in motion: I hope that helps the devs to seek this odd ball of a problem out.

Thanks for taking that video.
I've had a few complaints about this for a couple weeks, but on my end I can never recreate it.
Was this a new rig you're creating, or updating one?
If it was one you're updating, did you delete all your images first, or did you just start replacing?
If it's new, when was it created?

Sorry for my grumpy upset first post, that was just after panic mode xDDD   But yeah, it's an edit Shane I deleted my old images which were images 2 and 3, but then I found out that this problem was taking place, so before making a topic and going all Red Alert about , I first deleted all the other images, which I have backed yup, just in case all goes wrong :) Then I wanted to reupload them all, well I tried and then the problem started to become clear, then I deleted my entire history in Firefox, also no go. the problem, was still there. Then I figured that this is quite a serious problem:X So since that I am poor at explaining some certain subject, as beta Tester for the new Descent Ranger beta website this place: http://beta.descentrangers.com/Home I kinda stumbled on the idea to seek the bug and make a video of it, thereby showing it to the developers and programmers of EVGA Forums how such a bug goes to work :) Thereby to give them an idea what they are dealing with, as I have done with other beta runs for other places. And that video shows exactly what is going on

It did the same thing when I was updating my new pics, I emailed EVGA seems to work now. I have 5 pics up and I'm afraid to change any now!! It was frustrating

Just to add to it to see if any of this helps. I have been having the same problem with my 2nd rig. Every time I upload pictures, it keeps #2 only but erases the rest. So for the time being I just left just the 1 picture on slot 2.

I've had it happen with both changing pics on a current rig and adding them to a new one.
Took 4 or 5 attempts over a period of days to get all the pictures saved.
Sometimes it would let you upload all 6, then you could come back to your Modsrigs a couple of hours later and they would be gone!

Yeah I had that too Simba :X Well I have just been testing Picture uploading for the MODS RIGS Gallery section, but sadly, the problem still remains

I just tried uploading pics again, and the problem is still there Just keeping this topic up to date, because the problem has not been resolved yet. I uploaded pictures 1 and2 that went fine, after uploading picture number 3 , pictures 1 and 2 were gone.

Thanks for that report Fixed it now, that is another bug this place has, once you post the video you want to link, what happens is that the youtube linking system hosts the next following video in your YT list, also kinda annoying, sigh. Sorry I had a bad day today.

Same issue here sadly. This has happened to me 4+ times now. Never happens on a new rig, just after old photos are deleted & replaced with new ones. I can upload 2, however as soon as I try a 3rd it kills all others. Tryed in both Firefox, IE, tryed deleteing cooking & cache, still a no go. Also tryed renaming photos in case they are conflicting with others? still same issue. Very odd issue lol.

Guys an advice fro m me is to make a video of the bug in motion, like I did this can really help the programmers see what is going on, sometimes a bug can act in different ways, as ex Beta Tester from x-3dfx.com for their Unified drivers and many other places, it's always important to show what is taking at place @ EVGA crew It seems that for some the problem is regenerating it's self, so hereby it might be an idea for you to post the bug fixes in this topic, then it's easier to beta test and to see where us beta testers have to look for

Good news is that the uploader seems to be fixed now many thanks to the EVGA crew for fixing this! If the bug still does occur for others or it has returned, please make a post in this thread, since it all bases to this subject.

It is not working for me as well... same issue!! Bill (1/15/13) They do have a new upload tool but I still cannot add a photo to number 4 slot on my System 5. It is like they let you upload it but not save it to the Rig.

We have been working on a new upload system last week and I would like to launch it this week, pending anything crazy coming up.

OK - I was able to recreate that bug, sorry guys... fix incoming. Edit - Once you mark your images as deleted, they will stay deleted due to server syncing. We have to reprogram it a bit to make the file names unique (using a GUID for those playing along). This will take a little bit, but we're working on it now. I'll post again once it's fixed (maybe a day or two).
