I'm also curious. Could be a fake too? Like this If it is real, it would be good for people wanting to unlock their fan speeds.

It's no fake, but the newer version from me have more features - not only fan speed modding. Is it allowed to upload this tool on EVGA forums?

Just a quick reminder that if you flash an EVGA video card firmware with a non EVGA firmware and something goes wrong (the card is damaged) you void your warranty.

You mean EVGA to put this in the download section, not ever going to happen.

You could provide a download link in the thread. EVGA would never host it though. Depending on the additional features, I would be interested. If anything if you could PM me a link to it. I want to check it out.

I don't think there is a problem with it being linked here, but the warranty thing still stands. If something happens to your card while flashing it won't be covered by warranty. The card must be sent back with stock firmware for an RMA.

I only ask if EVGA allowed to post a download link / own thread for selfmaded tools or they will delete / not allow it? I will set a warning message into the software, but perhaps EVGA doesn't like it in their own forums, because this tools maybe could increase the RMA rate (Warning: no RMA allowed with modded bioses, RMA are only allowed with stock firmware)? I don't think that this would be happen, but EVGA maybe think so. The tool works fine and will not damage the graphic card in any way, but it's "third party software", so EVGA maybe thinks that. I hope an EVGA moderator or administrator or ... will answer to this thread for a clear reply. I hope EVGA will allow it (with warranty warning messages), because otherwise the users will discuss about it in other forums, which are specially made for bios modding / overclocking / ... And no, there aren't any fakes from me - everything is true.

Altering Bios as we all know is not allowed, discussion of such things i would think falls under its umbrella .IE Tools that void warranty .That's just my two cents :/

This was a reply from an EVGA Forum Moderator (rjohnson11). This means, that I am allowed to create a new thread for a great new tool with download link, if I put a warranty warning message on the thread (and software) ?

Post a link to your tool, worst they do is remove it. From what I see they wouldn't, just include the warning as advised.

after being told by a mod to check with the webmaster first ...it would be a bad idea to counter a Mods direct statement .Forums have a TOS for a reason.

Hello, It is fine to post a link to your software, however EVGA cannot host it, promote it or support it. Please note as mentioned above that modifying your BIOS may void your warranty. Thank You, Rob

i think the functions most people want you've covered: voltage, fan, power, and clocks it would also be nice for those that want: disable boost to run a static 3d clock i've got a question, for fan control is it possible to unlock the range from 0% instead of 30%? reason i ask is, since i have watercooling, i pretty much want the fan disabled, period. not that it really matters.
