I have had requests to make a separate thread for this as the one for the folding help is getting messy and confusing with too much going on. I PM over 150 people and it is too much traffic for one topic.

So, we are planning on making an E-card for AB. My wife had made some templates and has some text for suggestion. I will take ideas via this tread, PM or AIM(slayer1327666).

You can sign the card up to two ways; one being your actual signature, your John Hancock. Just scan it and send it to me (xx_slayer27_xx@yahoo.com). the other way is to pick a font if you wish to have your forum name displayed in. We will also put your name next to your signature if you are able to scan it. We feel this is a more personal touch.
Some have also been sending me their signature and wrote their forum name over, under, next to it. This is great and will save my wife and I some time. Thanks everyone.

When sending a file, please make the name of the file your forum name. This helps me tons and submit them in JPEG form if possible.

"flower" done

The wording we have ATM is:
"We wish we could express the sorrow we feel, just knowing you are bearing a loss so profound.
May it comfort you to know that others care.....
If we can help you in any way, don't hesitate to let us know."

If you like say so, if you have something better let me know.

Updated. EVGA has also told me something and the mods/techs will wait until everyone has signed it first before they will.

Why not get people to send you (either PM/post in the thread) a small - ie. 150x50  of their signature (nickname) and use something like Photoshop to drag it on the card.  The body of the message would have to be larger but I think this would stand out.  I can contribute to the compilation if you think that'll be too much work for yourself (I own Adobe CS4 Design Premium).

I like card #2 by the way.

    Cool.

I'm not sure which I like most, I like the swirly(?) one, but I like the EVGA Folding theme too.

    Please stop deleting WU's.

thanks. #2 and 4 are my favorite. Whatever works, I just thought putting it in email would help keep the forum from being overrun with pics but yes, they would have to be small even if 1/2 of the people I PMed send their signature. I am open to all suggestions.

I thought I got everyone who replied to AB's thread but I could have missed some, sorry if I did. It was ~150 people.

She has finished the "flower" I will update the OP and tell me if you like it.

If you want you can either use your forum name in a font of your choice, gotta let me know so we can download it if needed, and/or sign a paper and scan it then post it here or send it to the email addy and your forum name will be next to it.

Those who abuse power, are nothing but scumbags!
The challenge of power is how to use it and not abuse it. When you abuse it, it reverses on you and it hurts you.The abuse of power that seems to create the most unhappiness is when a person uses personal power to get ahead without regards to the welfare of others, people are obsessed with it. You can take a nice person and turn them into a slob, into an insane being, craving power, destroying anything that stands in their way.

This is such a good idea, I also wish somehow we could get flowers for funeral, I know I talked about cliche's before but still have them spell EVGA or something, from everyone. We can all chip in. Although 6 mil folding points, he gonna get a lot but there really is no true way to say sorry, I just wanna do as much as possible.
