So I read a thread a while back where they had removed the shortcuts and the ability to create a hotkey to switch from Eyefinity to Extended vise versa.
 
I did some research and found out how to do this, and they made it super easy. Now all you have to do is hit the windows key, and p key. You will get a overlay select extended for extended, and for eyefinity select Duplicate.
 
Hope this helps anyone else using Eyefinity. I hope Nvidia does something similar in the future.
