    AWESOME! thanks for the update. the video of the epic millisecond trajectory is epic.

    btw, this was done on the gpu clients. keep folding guys.

    No, we actually folded the protein successfully which has provided them with a lot of scientific data.  It is the first protein of the millisecond timescale that has been folded completely through folding@home.  The video is just a simulation of the process the protein goes through when folding.

    yeah, when they publish papers something important has been discovered. this one simulation was enough to write a whole paper and im sure few of us would understand it.

    apparently this was research based off of 353 WU's.
    the protein is called NTL9 that was in the video. looks like 353's are done. very nice job guys.

    I liked the "inside folding" video about what a protien looked like in the folding stuff, though!
