I have emailed EVGA Europe on 2 different email addresses and also used their complaint system to try and get them to login to UPS and direct the motherboard to the correct country.  Usually they reply to a request within a few hours or less.  I suspect that because they know they have ****ed up, they are avoiding doing anything.

I registered my new address in Sweden before I made the RMA request.  Once I was sure it was the mobo that died I got the RMA authorisation and EVGA created a label for shipping to German EVGA.  The return address they put on the PDF label was the new address I registered... my Swedish address.  After 3 days they sent new board out and sent me UPS track code.  It wasn't until late Friday afternoon that I realised they had shipped the new mobo to my old address.  Totally their ****up and it looks like they wont do anything about it.

I registered at UPS and I can see how quick and easy it is for the sender to redirect a parcel.  Only the sender can do this.  Tomorrow the motherboard will arrive at UK address and no on will answer the door.

You can be sure I will avoid anything EVGA in future and I will let as many PC friends know the situation as I can.

I am sure a lot of us sympathize with your plight.
But opening multople threads is extremely uncool.
And starting a hate campaign is even less.

I am not an Evga fanboy, by no means, but there are better ways to vent your frustration in other forums.

Just because you're paranoid, don't mean that people aren't out to get you!

Have you called them to talk to an actual person?  It seems like that would take less time than multiple emails and forum posts.

Its frustrating, I'm sure...  but this doesn't seem like a very efficient way to have your problem fixed.
