I have ran 1600 linked and synced stabile a few years ago but have lost my OC template. These are my 1600 unstabile (probaby memory) settings. The first go was fine. Next boot gave me corruption with video. Restart after that and the mobo just gave me unlisted codes such as 11, F[X], and sometimes even FF with nothing posting. If I reset CMOS, I need to quickly disable SmartFan otherwise it likes to shut off on me. If I attempt to load any saved profiles be it under/overclocked, my tWR likes to sit at 1 with no Auto option, leading to a guaranteed freeze in BIOS. Any suggestions would be helpful:

Yeah the OCZ wasn't cutting it for me. I'm not sure if it is because I am running 4x2gb now instead of 2x2gb back then or not. Maybe I can up the volts on the Hypers but I am not sure what to go to, or if it's even safe to bump them up. Might as well push this board while I still can..

I tried forever to get my system OC'd with 8GB of OCZ RAM.  I just ended up not link'd and sync'd.  I am running comfortably at 3.78GHz since April 26, 2011.  I just ended up using the 1066.  Here is a link " http://forums.evga.com...5322&high=790i+ocz " to my saga, look towards the end to see where I ended up.

Updated BIOS to P10 - will give 1600 a try tomorrow after work. MemTest'd all 4 sticks today at 1333 to make sure they are good to go. 4 passes on each with no errors. Weird thing is the new BIOS made me reinstall my sound card drivers because windows couldn't update it properly. Does not matter though because I needed to reinstall them anyways.

You must MemTest your RAM at their rated (1600MHz) spex, individually for 8 hrs. each (error-free) to truely determine if they are good to go. EDIT: I suggest setting at 2T instead of 1T. Also, P1 and P2 Enabled is only helpful when running over 1600MHz.....set both to Auto. 

Will change accordingly. If I set my ram to 1600 to test I assume I will also have to set my cpu fsb to at least 1600 as well; are my OP listed volts sufficient? And do you recommend testing them un/linked&synced?

Total time 8:26:01 -- Failed on test 6; 19 passes and 3 errors. This is how BIOS looks like with 1 stick in:
 
Edit: Just put in stick #2 with same BIOS settings and failed test 2 and 6 at the 4 minute mark; 0 passes 6 errors, all but 1 error coming from test 6.

What version of Memtest86 are you testing your RAM with?

^ Will try that when I get home tonight. I have been using the slot closest to the cpu. At work right now with my third stick running memtest+ 4.20 at home. Are my volts acceptable for now?

You are running 4 sticks of RAM, so I suggest that you give the following link a read.  http://forums.evga.com/tm.aspx?m=127243  Should your RAM past Memtest86, I would link and sync the RAM and FSB at 1600Mhz, and make the following changes:
tRFC: Auto [88] (110)
Manually set the System Voltages
CPU Core: Auto [1.28](1.35v for now)
CPU FSB: Auto [1.3] (1.30v)
Memory: [1.65] (one setting above the manufacturer's recommended voltage)
nForce SPP: Auto [1.35] (1.40 or 1.45V)
nForce MCP: Auto [1.5] (1.50)

Sorry for the confusion. I understand my voltage will need to be higher in order to run 4 sticks, but I meant to ask are my volts acceptable for running 1 stick in memtest. Also, should I run all 4 sticks in memtest together if and when my individual sticks are stabile? Or will the passing of the individual sticks deem the whole set of 4 acceptable?

Stick #3 out of 4 ran in memtest+ for 10 hrs with 0 errors. the first 2 sticks are from my first purchase whereas sticks 3 and 4 are from a second purchase. There may be some hints there.. Will test stick 4 tonight. Starting to think I am/was unstabile due to the first two sticks.

Ok just got done with all of the memtests. Turns out the first set of sticks both had errors while the second half of sticks were perfectly fine. *Ehem Fry's v Newegg* Anywho, guess its time to RMA with Kingston.
