There's a nice spot on the EVGA USB 3.0 card for a molex connector but I don't have a Power Booster to decipher where the power should go to. Does anybody have both of these and know if it would be possible?

Thanks, that and the PowerBooster I received today were all I needed.
 
The PowerBooster puts 12V onto pins A2,A3,B1,B2,B3 and Ground to A4,A12,A15,A18,B4,B7,B13,B16,B18. Basically all of them, which is what I couldn't tell from the pictures.
 
The picture of the USB 3.0 card on EVGA site has been photoshopped with an EVGA logo in the upper right. The actual card looks like this:
 

 
 
Which is obviously designed for a surface mount 4-pin Molex. The 2 center connections are to common ground and go to all the ground pins on the PCIE connector so that part is done for us. The left connector goes to the points I've circled in yellow which are to mount other surface mount components but weren't used. These could easilly be used but I'm going to skip the molex connector and just solder wires straight to the board. I'll post some more pics later but this is a really easy mod that will let me use my USB 3.0 card instead of wasting the PCIE slot on the PowerBooster.

I don't mind at all. The card would have to be redesigned, if you just mounted a molex connector on it as it is it wouldn't do anything as the 12V power connector wouldn't go anywhere. Here's what I ended up with and it works perfectly:
 

 
This side of the card is up against the video card so custom wiring can't be seen so I'm happy.

Here's some more pictures starting with the back of the card:

 
Pins A2 and A3 (2nd and 3rd from right) need 12V but you can see the one large trace they share dead ends into those four copper holes. Those are crossover holes that connect the traces to the traces on the opposite side of the board. That means we don't need to do anything there.
 
This is the front side of the card:

 
Here we need 12V to pins B1, B2, and B3 (first 3 from left). This is after I used an exacto knife to scratch away the coating on the trace they share. It is important to note that pn B4 is GROUND, if you scratch the coating off of it the solder will run onto it and SHORT OUT THE CARD. That's really the only thing you have to worry about, and you absolutely should use a continuity tester to verify that you haven't created a short before you plug the card into your MB.
