Got any old fans that you don't need? And of those blue LED ones? I had five of them, and I needed shrouds to run my 480 rad the way I wanted to, so I turned them into shrouds.  Needed tools... Q tip.. Or more if you bend it lol. Dremel or cutting tool. Scissors won't work.  An old fan. Note: in this I saved the LEDs because I want them for a different project.. I recommend doing what I did, but you don't have to. So, here's how you turn this:  Into this:   First, if your fan has LEDs, like this:  Then what you'll wanna do is line up your Q tip with the LED, like:  And then push it into the LED to break the glue, it should come out the other side.  Then you'll want to take the sticker off the back of the fan.  And it's time to line up your dremel. Be careful not to take too much off or it can compromise your shroud to be.  Once you've cut through..  I fold the LEDs up in the middle to keep them out of the way.  And then you're left with this:   In action..   Have fun.

Nice but isnt it the sroud should be between the fan and the RAD for better effect?

@ugotserved, yeah that's true. Most rads perform best when you have a shroud between your pull and the rad. But read below for my reasons. I wanted air going through that last fan. (Farthest one) GLoehr

Actually, that's wrong. The way I have it lets me fit a 480 rad on the top of my Cosmos S. If I didn't have the shrouds there then the last fan wouldn't get nearly as much air. I tried that. It performs better with airflow. Which is what that allows, I only did 3, so the last fan is completely open.

Just a couple suggestions I'd like to make :)
1: For the LED's, if they're hot-glued in, as most are, then it could do less potential harm to their leads if you also heat up the glue a little, like either with a soldering iron or a small, cheap hot glue gun.
2: I didn't see anywhere that you filled in the gaps left behind by the LED's, once you removed them from their holes, which could easily hinder operation of the fans a little. Filling in or covering those holes would likely lead to better air pressure for you, and who knows how much improvement, but in my experience, it's a fairly decent amount. Enough to merit a few more seconds of work at least :) Nice write-up regardless.

I've used a hacksaw blade before - the fine teeth are perfect for cutting plastic. And the bendiness is good too.
My dremel just gets the plastic wrapped around the cutting blade.
If you want to be really snazzy, be sure to cut the fan supports at an angle so it blends with the curve of the inside of the fan shroud.

Fan shrouds are meant to give better axial flow of air from the fan to the component you want to cool.
