And the case badges, please. Never got one, not with my E770, neither with my 570 SC. And I even offered to buy the set that's available on the US site. Already talked to MatthewH about the badges because he started the forum post. He told me to write e-mail to gperng@evga.com. Did that, no response yet. PMed MatthewH again, again no reply. This all started January 11 and nothing, nada. I'm also missing the USB bracket that the manual mentions but I'm afraid to start that up, feeling I will be ignored. I don't think the EU market has priority for EVGA to say the least.

I'm kinda giving up on the HF brackets... I'll just order my 2 backplates now and once I saved enough bucks I'll buy 'em that way.. Shame of shipping costs but that's how it goes I guess

maybe you should say months... this is out of this world... new cards are coming with backplates on it. i purchased early, and as a good customer what i get is no service at all... if it wasn't available at all it was one thing, but to be available only on one market it's bad customer support, from all points of view. wake up europe...

yeah EVGA EU is really bad, poor stock, poor support - shame.
I am waiting for GTX570 backplates as well and EVGA Controll panel.
Another thing why everything is more expensive than in USA, and it is huge difference of at least 30% !!!!!!

EU's accessory store is adding items. High flow brackets and GTX 580 backplates were just recently added. Other accessories will also be added soon. I will see if I can find any ETA on this. Can you let me know what makes you say poor support in Europe? Support should be up to par to that of the US as we operate on all the same policies and procedures. You can't compare pricing like this unfortunately. You have to take into account import taxes, etc. In EU stores, EVGA products should be quite price-competitive as they are in the US.

I have emailed them twice about 2 month ago when I had problem with my Mobo - no answer till now. Also asked them regarding stock request - no answer at all. Regarding prices - I can buy EVGA GFX card for less from UK supplier than from EVGA directly ;)

Nick, thanks for your attention, but poor support it to have no ETA for products that are sold on other countries... You can say a number of things, but there is no excuse for such a delay to sell a product that you have in stock in the us for european customers. I'm not talking about price, but availability. If i purchased the card at the same time as an american customer, why can't I buy the accessorie at the same time? If the product is available at more than one month in the us, why can't we even pre order on europe, so that they can check the real demand of the product? and start making pre orders? this gives a very "no support" image... in europe hq they don't know if 10 people want this product or 100 people want it... it's this kind of strange approach to customers that make us complain about support... support is not only rmas and stuff like that ;) after all... we just want to spend some money :D

We understand and there is more to it than just putting a graphic that says in stock. We are working to stock the EU accessory store with more items. While pricing on the EU site is competitive, it is still MSRP which is the same way the US site operates. You can see the same thing in the USA as stores will usually have lower prices than the EVGA store which is set to MSRP. Also, retailers and etailers can choose to sell the product at the price they think they can sell it for. Emails in Europe have a very similar response time to email in the USA as we keep track of all of this. I am sorry there were issues with getting an emailed reply. This can happen from time to time due to spam filters, etc whether in EU or the US.

And if as seems the 580 backplate is the same size - its just an issue with printing and packaging - maybe they shoud have a "blank" back plate and include 2 "stickers" 1 saying 580 and...well you get the idea :)
I am tempted to get the 580 version and use meths to run out the 580 bit - as posted elsewhere on this subject

i really don't understand this behavior from EVGA...
HEY, WE PAY YOUR SALARIES WHEN WE BUY YOUR PRODUCTS!
is it that hard to order a box of backplates. don't put them on the store, just get some way to satisfy the customers... it's not like we're asking for non existing products for free... we want to PAY for already RELEASED products...
i'm really fed up with this, and will consider seriously another brand on my next config refresh... but as we can see it seems that it customers aren't that important so, no problem... i guess...
6 months!!!! unbelievable!!!
and new cards come with backplate from factory, so for sure that you can order through service as replacement parts...
