So last friday around 11PM I had stomach pains, and by 1:30AM I was throwing up, then around 1:30PM I was done throwing up but I was having issues going to the bathroom, and my stomach pain was getting worse gradually. Didn't eat anything saturday or sunday. I was in bed pretty much all of monday and tuesday with serious pains in my stomach still.

Wednesday I felt alright, I was up and around, eating etc, even went to practice. Then Thursday at 2AM I threw up again. My stomach pain was back and worse than before. Also my back hurt. I was in bed all day. Got taken to the doctors office at 4:15, they examined me and weren't sure what was wrong. So they sent me to the ER, where I waited 3 1/2 hours to be seen. When I finally was they decided I needed a CT scan of my stomach.

Soo at about 10:30PM thursday still I got my first ever CT scan done, waited on results to get back to us. For about 30 minutes I waited and then... Came the bad news. Well not the worst news, but bad still. I had a sort of stone in my appendix. So they had to take it out. And at about 6AM today I went into surgery and it went smoothly so I was out by about 7ish.

Now I'm just really sore, got a bandage right on my belly button which is where they went through. So I won't have like a massive scar or anything just a small one. They also made two small incisions at about the belt line, which have little bandages as well. Now, if I touch them they hurt like hell. Otherwise they're just sore.

Moral of the story? It can always be worse. And please guys, don't have your appendix taken out on Christmas Eve.

Get lots of rest and relax, no excitement for a few days. Guess you have to wait to open your presents.

@RJbelans, Nah they're gonna let me go home tomorrow as long as I don't have a fever again. So I'll miss most but not all of Christmas.

The removal of an appendix is called an appendectomy. The removal of tonsils is called a tonsillectomy. What do you call the removal of a growth from the head?

Better now than never....you'll get some perks in the hospital, dont worry, hehe. I am glad you are OK Halo

Those who abuse power, are nothing but scumbags!
The challenge of power is how to use it and not abuse it. When you abuse it, it reverses on you and it hurts you.The abuse of power that seems to create the most unhappiness is when a person uses personal power to get ahead without regards to the welfare of others, people are obsessed with it. You can take a nice person and turn them into a slob, into an insane being, craving power, destroying anything that stands in their way.
