I am in for the CC.But got 1 ? I just build a i7 2600k comp. and my ppd is all over the map.My cpu gets from 12k to 30 k ppd my 560 is from 12k to 21k.Only one that stays same is my 260 right at 8300 ppd .Would really not want to sandbag or will it make a difference in the CC ? GO EVGAPES

I don't think there is really any concern with Chimp Challenge on the estimates that a person provides.  This is an all-out race whereby we will all be Folding under the EVGApes Folding Name, so nobody will actually be able to tell whether you hit, missed or exceeded your estimated PPD.  Just do your best and try to hang-in-there throughout the race which is all that the whole Team can be asked to do.

In this year's race? No, it shouldnt matter whether you hit youre prediction or not. Just give the average. I am experiencing the same thing with these extra long work units. My ppd goes from 16k to 30k depending on what WU Im doing. I included it on the form so that we could have a personal estimate of what we're capable of this year.

Good I put down 30,000 ppd but can get upwards of 60,000 ppd all depends how the WU's fall and how much game time hehe.

There have been a lot of changes this year compared to last years CC.
 
If anyone would be kind enough to make a thread in the general "Folding" category about what tools we use now and what points they get, I will BR you. (Meaning 680 tweaks, BigAdv gone, etc etc)
 
Many will ask, many will be referred to it. It needs to be it's own thread because last year this info got buried in the "Official" thread. 
 
Anything we can do to help new/old/returning folders will be of a huge benefit. 

All signed up and ready to go, i may be resurrecting an old PC with a 8800 and 9800 and an old P4 Quad core but that will depend on the weather
