I'm thinking about purchasing a GTX 570 from neweggbusiness.com.

Before I do that I have a few questions:
- Does it work the same way as newegg.com?
- Can I step-up later if I choose to even though its business? (I might step-up to a 600 series card later depending on pricing)
- Is the step up period still 3 months? What should I expect for fees and such?
- If I purchase a -AR card will I still be able to get the lifetime limited warranty even though EVGA made warranty changes?
- Will it have the 3 year transferable warranty? Like the Limited Lifetime warranty will cover only me, but if I decide to sell it 2 years from now a year will be remaining?
- Any known issues with the GTX 570 that I should be aware of?

If I didn't list something you think I should know please feel free to tell me.  I'm really interested in finding out as much as I can before I make a purchase.  I desperately need to upgrade from my 9800 GT that I have.  Thanks!

Well I don't have my own business, not yet anyways.  There is a 15% off code that I'd like to use so that's why I'm asking all these questions.  It's very tempting.

thats awesome but you cant use that 15% code if its on the neweggbusiness cause you have to have a legit business to use that code

How would they know if its legit or not?  I don't think they check.  Plus I might not have my own business right now, but I will later once I get things going.

I read on the slickdeals forum that technically you can be your own business. You can provide your social where your business tax ID is asked for.
Tons of people have done it. Just google it up if you're curious. And that 15% off is perfect for items that don't normally get discounted.

    CPU: Intel i7 920
    RAM: 12 GB DDR3

Graphics: EVGA GTX 970 SSC ACX 2.0+
    Power Supply: Corsair HX750W
    OS: Win 7 64 bit (SP1)
    NVIDIA Driver Release 350.12 WHQL

The cards you get from neweggbusiness.com are no different from the ones on regular newegg.  Just register them like you normally would and you will get the appropriate warranty.   ie -AR = lifetime

Thanks. I didn't even think about that.

a 570 will be a massive upgrade from your 9800 GT, I would be more worried about your CPU though, that AMD X2 is gonna hold it back.

I agree.  Can't wait to try it out when I get it!  Yeah, I think even a GTX 460 1GB would be bottle necked a little bit by the rig in my sig.  But I'm not getting the GTX 570 for that rig, I'm getting it for my rig with the i7 2600k (Mod Rigs link).  I should probably remove that rig from my sig to avoid confusion lol.  Thanks Nite for looking out for me.

Don't buy it. The fan will run at 100% at 45C and will piss you off. Right now my fan is running at 5070 RPM and can be heard from 50 feet away. EVGA precision reports 5070 RPM but only 45C temps. It is set to run at 65% MAX fan speed but the card ignores it. By a 570 sure, but get an ASUS , MSI, Gigabyte, anything but this crap. Somehow it thinks 5000 RPM is only 47% of fan speed, even though the tachometer graph in precision is pegged. **** EVGA

EDIT: Really? W T F is blanked out?
