Here the latest updates :)
Well here we go then
Keeping it short is normally my main objective, but usually it may be a bit longer than expected, okay!
Here is how it all began:
Back in 1976 when I was born my first dinosaur well was not a dinosaur to some point it was this 1976 Dimetrodon from the brand Imperial:
As you see it's dated 1976, my birth year xDD You will have to click to enlarge it,to see 1976 printed under the Imperial Logo
It was probably given to me at birth, I truly can't remember but yeah it probably triggered my future to collect dinosaurs, I also was given a big rubber snake my mother told me, but even that is all way too vague. to even remember hehe
From 1980 to about 1995 I collected Chinasaurs & Dinosaurs alike, ya know them everyday rubber and plastic dinosaurs you could buy all over the place, not only dino's but also the odd looking dragons, monsters, snakes, lizards, crocs, snakes, rats, mammals, sharks and gators! You name it, ghost busters toys it all added up to these four boxes:
Which I have sold to my partner Tyrantqueen and my Sister for her 6 year old son
But it is fun to show what these boxed have in them hehe, this was before and during my Dino-Riders collecting days.

After looking for a particular item for like the past 22 years!!!!
I finally found it and bought it, which is this Mint In Box!! Dino-Riders Pachyrhinosaurus with Atlas !!!
http://www.ebay.ie/itm/251189172641?ssPageName=STRK%3AMEWNX%3AIT&_trksid=p3984.m1497.l2649Sometimes you will have to look 20+ years to find what you really have been dying to look for and that seemed to of worked out for me!
But yeah, I am still baffled by this awesome find, after20 years you kinda lose hope that you will never find it and now 2 years from that point I am like NOOO WAIIII hahahahaha
But I just have to hope now that the seller will do a good job packing it and shipping it, this is also a great fear for us collectors right
Here a photo I took of the new Dino-Riders Pachyrhinosaurus with Atlas with my new Sony CuberShot DSC-HX200V 18.2 MP HD Camera, I still need to learn and cope with it, I resized the image to 7.2 MP format.
More pics coming soon, I just gotta learn to use this new camera I guess, for now my old one is better at such photo's the new one is better for scenery shots, oh well I just gotta take more practice with it
Okay!
After a good friend helped me out with my Camera and help me set the Aperture to 8.0, I was able to make a much cleaner shot!
And here the result:
As you can see everything is sharp now
And oh the shadow you see in the front is from my chin xDDDD :hyena:
:hyena:
Here a total shot of the two top rows of my Dino-Riders Showcase:
As for that one, it's not that sharp, maybe too much going on in there? I dunno, I still have to figure that one out.

The loose Pachyrhino has been placed in the box of this new one, which you can see here:
Here the top of the box showing what the toy is capable of:
And here the rear view with a famous art done by Ezra Tucker:
As you can see this item is from 1989
Searching for new items for this collection is sooo hard these days, most items go for overrated price tags, really I have seen the Mint in Box Pachyrhino's go for like 560 to even 1300 Euro's
It's really insane, so 350 Euro's compared to those is just a very good deal, even that it is a lot of money still, I mean back in 1990 they sold for about 49 euro's or so, really, it's a shame that items such as these sell for such high amounts. But at least I didn't have to pay that much for mine!
As you can see my oldest prehistoric reptile, the 1976 Imperial Dimetrodon can also be seen in that collection, and it still gives me many good memories.
Around 1989 when I had a lot of Dino-Riders and many of these Chinasaurs, my Karate Shihan Sir Alan Burdett organized an interview of me and my Dino collection in the Bunbury Mail, which was the biggest Dino collection known in Western Australia of that time, I had 286 Dino's then and yeah I have a picture of this day too:
The Steggies collection is now complete witha total of 26 Steggies
The first three Steggies can be seen here:
