My PPD on the 470s just went down to 0.5x of usual PPD!

Last night I moved my computer. I had some weird issues with the graphics, so I reinstalled the driver. 
Now things are messed up.
I used to get around 17-19K on my 470s!
 
This is what I get now..

 
Any Ideas?  (i've tried to stop folding the SMP to see if that would help, but no.)

    Sli turned off? I had an issue like that before and went away after turning off sli

    Gaming/Folding rig: I7 5820k , 16gb ram ddr 4 , 2 gtx 980's [running wcg on xperia z smartphone]

    Restart your computer, sounds like your shaders downclocked for some reason.

    SLI is disabled. 
    I've restarted.. 
    I guess next step is format C: ?

    Do you have Precision or Afterburner installed to check the load and core clock?

    It show 99% on core. But it only shows one core. The other is gone?? 
     
    Im reinstalling atm.

    What core clock is the card that is showing running at when at 99%?

    Maybe its displaying wrong values for the PPD, its all lies!
    If that PPD was true that means it can only do 2 of those work units in a day, which I find wrong.
    If it anit saying 12 hours work units I think your fine, just I dont know whats causing it to report wrong PPD.

    I just get odd PPD atm.. 
     
    Notice the 6098!
