You can go under the Details for the card in your My Products area and it will show the status of an Step-Up.  I don't see one started for you yet.  As of our last website update Firefox does not work well for some things so try Internet Explorer or Chrome.

Will, you need a copy of the receipt from your purchase. If you look on your email, on your account where you bought the product or have a scanned copy of a physical receipt, that's all they want. An invoice is a receipt, it's proof that you purchased the product. It also shows what you payed for it and the part number which can make things easier for EVGA when they have a copy of it.

If you purchased your product online, look on the email account registered with the site you bought from back to the date of purchase and you'll find one that has an invoice on it. Here's an example for you of an email I got to confirm my order of some watercooling gear a few days ago.

well it seems i did my earo calculations wrong on the original request and there is no way to change it and it is different on my invoice , can they just detect this and correct it or do i have to start again ?

They most likely can detect it, but you can also email the webmaster and ask him to take care of it. Email should be webmaster@evga.com, but you could also try shaned@evga.com.
