I use to fold on my old core2quad build and I upgraded to a p67 system and now for some reason the cards that I had been folding on for months now will not work at all, they are both GTS 450's. The SMP client is working but both GPU's will not. I am using FAH GPU Tracker V2, same thing I used on the old system and it will not work. I am at work right now so I can't include a log at the moment but if I remember correctly both clients hang at, Ensuring status. Please wait. Both are using FahCore_15.exe so I am good there. Any help is appreciated.

The only thing that I can think of is I have the SLI bridge installed as I use the computer sometimes now for games, I take the computer out of SLI before folding but is this issue I am having caused by the bridge being installed?

(Log is in post 4)

(Fixed) Sure enough I installed drivers 265.58 and it worked like a charm, thanks all .

The bridge shouldn't matter. Does it pull a work unit at all? Mine yesterday would try to pull a wu and then state I/O error in the log. I deleted the core and redownloaded it and it's working great now. Just a thought

I may try reinstalling it and see what happens.

Here is the log maybe someone knows what the issue is, it keeps repeating the same thing until it sleeps. I have never had any issues like this before, but like I said I did get a new board and CPU.

seems like its a permissions thing

63

CoreStatus = 63 (99) + Error starting Folding@Home core.
Generically, this error is reported when some initial fahcore startup requirement is not met.
Permission issues?

from the fahwiki
you can try running the tracker as admin, or adding the fahcores to the whitelist in your anti virus

That is actually the next thing I was going to try I went over all my networking settings and everything looks good, not to mention my SMP client is still working fine so I assume that would have to mean it is an entirely different issue. I am using drivers 275.33 so I may roll back or go to 275.50 which is a beta release. I haven't had a heck of allot of time to fix this issue but if I can wrap it up tonight that would be great.
