VERY good news... tests : OCZ vertex 2 60Gb "old-gen" + latest inf + RST: A78 bios:  A80 Bios:  Very good job ---------------------------------------------------------------- have to add that i980x multiplier bug is gone too (probably the µcode update)

Raid 5 old bios:  New bios with Raid 5  At Total Length 256MB was pretty much the same thing and nothing really changed when I ran ATTO. BUT when I ran at Total Length 64MB there was a HUGE difference in Read and a bit better in Write results. Overall I'm happy. I ran AS SSD on my SSD and there wasn't much difference. Some results were better and some were worse than before, but it could be that my drive is now been used more compare to when I first ran AS SSD.

After update to 80 from 78 EVGA X58 FTW3 the benchmark of memory read writ and copy reduced by almost 20%
And the memory latency increased from 60.8-69ns
The hdd performance as before
