We have a Mods Rigs page, and bottom line is, most who like customizing their rig, and like cars probably have modded something on their cars too.

So here I go.

Ride: G35c 07
Current mods:
JDM Clear corners(replacing the orange stock ones w/ soon to be blue lights)
Badgeless front grill(coming in the mail next week, gloss black)
Debadged g35 logo on the back
Smoked tailights 25%

Near future mods:
Injen intake
possibly a plenum spacer from motordyne 5/16
overlay for the top of the car to make the roof dark
angel eyes

what about yourselves folks?

There are not enough letters on my keyboard to finish my listssssssss

Lets just say that I can light my tires through every single gear even while hitting the Nanny (Governor) and can eat a tire in under four minutes...

Oh and the last time I went all out on a sound system I literally destroyed the rubber seal around the back window and watched the pressure from my bass finish off the seal and slide my rear window across my $8500 paint job and to ground...

Yeah that is right... My attitude is go all in or get out...

Funny enough, I just realized that I don't even have a single picture of the back of my car.  I'll take a pic tomorrow and post it up here.

does oversized tires, new suspension and skid plates count

first is my ranger, dual exhaust, suspension, tires, clutch, intake and a fuel pump kill switch

next is my f-150 (don't remember everything)

I'll have to go through my receipts to list the mods, only a few per car though

I was made a cannibal to fix problems like you

Since I've been lazy on saving, I currently only have a "planned mods" list, but I'll post anyway

    2008 350Z planned mods:
    Bassani dual exhaust catback kit
Injen (I think that's the one) true CAI, one of the very few dyno'd to actually give an increase on the 2007/2008 350's with the HR engine.  Many others actually reduce HP on the HR's because Nissan did a really good job designing its dual intake.
Wider wheels & tires still 18's

    AMD Ryzen 5950X | Asus Crosshair VIII Hero | Gigabyte Gaming OC 4090 w/EK Vector2 | GSkill Trident Z Neo 2x16GB DDR4-3600 | WD SN850 2TB | Samsung 970 EVO Plus 500GB & 860 Evo 2TB | Phanteks Enthoo 719 | Seasonic Prime Ultra Gold 1000W | Steelseries M750 TKL | SteelSeries Prime Wireless | SteelSeries Arctis Pro + GameDAC | Kanto YU2 + Yamaha sub | Schiit Magni 2 Uber & Modi 2 Uber | LG 34GN850 | Asus PG279Q | Win 11 Pro | Custom water loop

No joke now... Every single person that has ridden my bike for one hour or more, has purchased their own in less than a month. These are that much of a blast. From all walks of life... Never been on a bike to Harley Diehards...

My fastest tire eater was a 1978 Corvette... The ladies could not get in it fast enough... I would say more but this is a family forum

My drive-line eater was a 1994 Jeep Wrangler with a 327 small block in it with a 14" lift and 35's at the corners...

My favorite car to drive so far is the G35 sport coupe... YUM!

Good God no... It out corners most sports cars... Does 0-60 in just under 3.5 seconds... Has brakes strong enough to eject you if your an idiot... And the tires sing a beautiful song when taking a long corner at around 9200 RPMs...

Old ratty 1992 Holden VP commodore.

    "Barn find" 30-50K mile engine.
    Manual conversion "borg warner T5"
Home made cruse control "compensation" module to run with manual tranny.
    Home made cold air intake.
    Pacemaker extractors.
    Basic EPROM re-tune.
    Hand made Big bore TB.
    K&N panel filter.
Non air con belt, weight reduction trough air con removal.
    Level 2 instrument cluster.
Heated to 4 wire Bosch O2 sensor upgrade over 1 wire non heated O2 due to further loaction of O2 bung on the extrators
leading to insufficient operating temps for closed loop AFR management.
New injectors ( not the blue injectors pictured, they were still the old ones).

    Weight reduction via removal of:
Mud flaps, auto to manual, extractors over cast iron headers, huge rubber floor mats, tow bar & support structure. weghed it all and did my math and lost 75-80kg

Total rebuilt of dash, brakes, front end, tail shaft, pedal cluster, new shocks, new PS rack, new rotors, new radiator, new heater core, blah blah

Next of the agenda is: hi flow cat, and mandrel bend exhaust with flow through muffler and reco diff and replace all rear end bushes.

Then the car will be like new.

That's from around 2 years after I got the car. Since then complete ground up engine build (n/a with a 150shot, wanted to do a turbo but no cash) and paint. Too many parts to list. Haha. Kept it a sleeper though no external mods besides paint, 17" rims, and 2" drop.

Pics or it never happened lol, what do you drive btw, i think you last posted a F150, it was atrunk methinks.

Thought were posting cars only, trikes are cool tho, i wish I was into bikes.

YUM!
What on earth is a Q35? Dont you mean g35?

    Yeah!

Looks like it would handle like a snowmobile? does it? never actully drive one around but the look fun :)

Good God no... It out corners most sports cars... Does 0-60 in just under 3.5 seconds... Has brakes strong enough to eject you if your an idiot... And the tires sing a beautiful song when taking a long corner at around 9200 RPMs...

Sounds like how i ride a snowmobile   it does look really fun :)

Will I have this puppy on my truck http://www.knfilters.com/search/product.aspx?Prod=57-3036

Please please please... Look at Vararam before you buy. I tried countless cold air intake systems and found these to actually perform as advertised...I put one on my 2004 GMC Denali and it woke it up, sounds great and not loud like the K&N unit is...

It's currently bone stock as I see no point in adding more power to a FWD 4 banger. I have considered changing out the trans fluid cause whatever crap it came with is so thick its hard to shift when its cold outside.

Old ratty 1992 Holden VP commodore.

Pretty sweet ride. The engine looks like a L98 with a LT1 intake manifold on it. Of course the bolt pattern for the head covers is different..... I looked it up and its not a GM 350. It's actually a 308ci (5.0L) Holden engine and the only thing in common is the block, everything else is different.

no my engine is holden(buick) 3.8L V6. be probably around 190Bhp and guessing around 230ft-lb of torque.

I wouldn't touch the 5L V8 models with a 10 foot poll.  See Holden did best when they bought design rights from other companies like in my case engine was from Buick, body came from Opel so win win.

interior was made by GM Holden which sucked a$$. most head lining peeled with in the first 3 years of coming out of the factory. Mine was replaced when i got the car in 2007 and its starting to sag and I have re glued it twice in one year but the cardboard layers keep peeling off and not the glue.

The 5L engines are poo, slow and heavy and the lifters and cam have a habit of grinning down to nothing leaving no lobes and lifter seizure is common in older engines.

I think after this car's life is up I will be buying a 944S or 944 turbo for a daily drive.

I am just sick of the spare part monopoly, extremely poor paint and plastics and the people associated with Holden and Ford in Australia.
