i am having a problem with my motherboard and am trying to get help and they keep hanging up on me of 9 times they have now!! what is going on>????

Are you sure it's not your phone, I have called them at least a dozen times between my two boards, and 8 cards, and have never been hung up on, or recived anything less than steller service, You wouldn't happen to be using Majic Jack would you ? I mean I could understand it if you were cursing, screaming, or beligerant, but other than that I would suspect phone equipment falure.

No sir i have a great phone i am using my blackberry witch works great full signal and battery this is very upsetting i well be contacting the highest manger availbe because of this problem. I have it all recorded

DUDE is it that hard to understand i called over 9 times and every single time I call the pick up and hang up on me. if you do not get it dont bother to help i have all this being recorded i have called off4 phone house phone and cell phone and business phone and all the phone i am being hung up on.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ill be sure to report this to the highest authority possible.

Even if there is no problem on your phone, that doesn't mean there is not one on their end, most companies use a PBX phone service which depends on switching to get the call to the technician, if the server that handles this is down, or the power is out, without a good back up source, the equipment may not be switching the calls properly. If that's the case, I am sure the higher authority you referanced, would appreciate you bringing it to there attention, if they don't already know. You may simpley be being disconnected, unentintely, as apposed to being hung up on. You may also wish to describe the problem your haveing here, to see if anyone else had previousley experanced it, they may post back how they resolved it, if they were able to do so. It could be something as simple as a incompatable PSU, or a Power cable out of place, or too small a UPS, Hell It could be any # of things, but it want do any good to guess without a little Info.

Try to be calm about the situation customer service reps don't wake up in the morning and conspire to make your life hard so don't scream at the only people who can help resolve your problem. I understand your not very happy and if it happened to me I would be angry as well just in a calm manner tell us your problem. We now know they did not answer your phone call but what's wrong with your computer or graphics card ?

Question, where you "hung up on" during a "transfer" such as when they say "Oh ill transfer you to one of our Technical Supporters or something along those lines and while being "transfered" your hung up on? Or your saying your talking and randomly they hang up? OR! last but not least, the you are screaming, yelling, cursing etc and they hang up?
Because those are very different situations

I have dealt personlally with Joe Darwin serveral times and he always has come through for me or found the person who could. I really don't think it's intensional and Joe Darwin goes above and beyond to help you. So you are in good hands if he knows about it!!!

When I see Managment and tech's reach out to a customer Like they have done above, it makes me wonder how the compatation is able to stay in busness, or sale anything. This is Why I buy EVGA products.

i'll +1 that as well, when i step-up from my x58 to the x58 classy( the limited edition one) they discovered they didn't have any and tried to get me to settle for a lesser product, needless to say i got a phone call from joe, he got me taken care of. EVGA will always get my money before any other company.
