So I FINALLY got approval to step up my card yesterday. So I am packaging it up, and I notice something: the serial number on the box doesn't match the card! I bought this card brand new from newegg, it was sealed with the original EVGA seal. When I registered it I used the serial on the box. I even paid extra for the extended warranty to do the step up! I don't know if it is a factory issue (like I said it was sealed the day I got it) or a Newegg screw up.

Edit: Spoke with EVGA on the phone. They updated it for me and I will send in the original box to show that the serial numbers are different. THANK YOU GUYS SO MUCH!!!!!

Wow even the post office is failing. Tracking number said it was not received by USPS yet, making me think they lost my package, but the day it was supposed to be delivered it magically appears and says delivered. Sheesh.

I will definitely be using UPS for my next card. Priority mail took 3 days to go 4 hours down the road to California...
