rebate site not working

I have tried over and over to fill out the damn form and all it does is go to a blank white page when I hit submit after a couple minutes of sitting there. the page where this happens is where you put in the purchase date and invoice/order number. rebates are already a pain in the butt so FIX YOUR REBATE SITE so I can at least get the freaking thing sent in. 
 
EDIT: it finally went through after about 20 attempts...

    Glad it went through finally. If anyone else has a problem, then post it here. At that time I can contact someone that there is a problem.

    well things just got worse and needless to say I am am beyond livid. 
     
    Your Rebate was not approved for the following reason(s):
     
    - Invalid Retailer - The retailer provided is not eligible for this promotion.
     
    Our decision to not approve your rebate claim was based upon examination of the documents that we received from you. 
     
    what kind of BS is this? they get all my documentation which includes the newegg invoice and have the nerve to tell me that? it was newegg so of course it was valid.

    that is directly from newegg and you can see the 220-P2-0750-X1 that I bought right there on the list. heck how could I have even originally filled out the form in the first place without it being a valid newegg rebate?
