Thanks everybody FYI - the chassis, lights, fans were all sold to a member here (shipped early this morning) so hopefully we will see some photos of "Postmodern Industry" soon

hey warthorn, how did you get that engraved honeycomb pattern?

Are you the one who PMd me? Sorry bout the slow replies, been busy. The pattern was done with a $45,000 laser cutting machine I "borrowed" from my school's architecture department I gave dimensions and layout and had my former girlfriend lay out the design in a CAD program, then import them to the machines. I took pictures of the machine, if you can wait for the slow load open the build log.

It may be sounds strange, but i'm falling in love with Your pc. It's look awesome!
Could You tell us something about pictures settings? great shoots You made.

My camera is nice but not super fancy (unexpected Xmas gift), a Canon SL720 12MP. I literally had just gotten it and have never had a nice camera before, so all the photos you see are my learning curve/trial and error. What is really helpful w/ this camera (and probably fancier ones) is that you can set it to take three consecutive photos, each with different exposures. I then sorted and chose the best of each. Using the macro function and a low ISO help with close-ups, but even then you have to play with lighting, angles, and the autofocus to get just the right thing in detail. Another really helpful thing is the shake correction option... my hands always shake badly (blood sugar issues plus it was freeeeezing out that day ). A tripod/stand would be better if you can afford one, mine were done in-hand though.

I suck at dark shots, advice on those is welcome.

By the way, I saw your log too and have been following, great work!
