Just a note for those of you choosing this tubing.

I have had to breaks under normal use, just above my DDC pump.

Twice now, if has cracked at the top of the fitting on the pump inlet side.  I recommend copper or 1/2" OD brass.

Lucky the system starts sucking air and it gives ne a heads up before it lets the water go.

I bought a bunch of Primochill acrylic tubing when I started my last build. After watching a video on modzoo I decided to seek PETG tubing. I did their hammer test on both and I couldn't break the PETG easily. I ended up buying 48' because that was the minimum and looks like I'll have plenty for my new build.

Do either of you have active build logs?  I would be interested in seeing a hard acrylic build come together.

Personally, I doubt I would ever go that route because it is rigid, and when things are malleable, it makes it easier for some aspects of installation and troubleshooting.  BUT it looks SOOOOOO good when it is done I would love reading a log.

Very nice looking build log.  Hardlines look so ice, and it looks much better than mine ever will, I have a real appreciation for nice clean rigs, just not enough interest to ever bother doing it to mine.  I've had some nice artistic ideas, but in the end I just think "meh, I'd rather use it then take it apart to make it prettier again" I guess to each his own, your rig will always look nicer than mine  :)

It may all get yanked. But thank you

I want to place the MB and rads against the back wall of my desk and do a desk build with hard lines.

Ive been overclocking since it started and always wanted a nice clean rig, so this is my first clean build

Ahh, well, if you yank it all out for another project, I hope we get a build log.  I have thought about a fully integrated WC desk too, I think it would be awesome, but never really put the time into figuring it out.
Maybe one day I will clean up my rig  :)
