please power down and connect the pcie power cable(s) for this graphics card

Hi I just build my new PC with GTX1070 FTW and Supernova 850W. However after assembling, every time I turn it on this message appears. Yes it is my first time assembling myself, so I tried 6/6+2 cable in the PSU box with different arrangements, none of them work. Then I combined with Y adapter in the graph card box, this message still appears. How can I fix it?

    The 1070 ftw requires two 6+2 pci-e power cables. Both need to be connected for everything to work properly.
