using precision 16x to overclock my 660 ti sc & wondering whatsa safe voltage increase & how high I can go.So far best stable oc is 123 pwr  104 gpu clk 305 mem clk @stock vlt 987.Furry Evga test 1202 gpu clk 704 fps score 37970 fps 632 @ a high temp of 68c. I've seen someone claiming 1275 gpu clk @ 1162 vlt .123 pwr 60 gpu clk 0 mem clk can this be true.I'm thinking the higher the the gpu clk the better but anything above 104 crashes so I'm thinking more voltage might stabilize.

More voltage might help stabilize your OC or it might not. All you can do is try. Nothing you can do using PrecisionX will harm your video board so go ahead and move the Voltage slider all of the way to the right and see what happens.
