    This msi card should work in your system without any issues as long as you switch it over to the legacy vbios using the hybrid bios switch that comes with card. If you have the money for both cards you could still purchase the 960 just to see if it might work.

    I try the gtx 960 its work but the problem is the fan its not working thats why the video card was overheat and then my computer are auto restart. That why i call for the amazon the fan have a problem and they change the same video card , i want make sure what should i do if its happen again this problem

    If it happens again you may need to rma again. Which 960 do you have? What is the part number? What are your full system specs?

    Did you plug in the 6-pin pci-e power to the card when you were using it?

    I believe this card has a ECO mode where the fans on the card do not spin until around 60 degrees. Can you confirm that they spin under load? Can you control them in Precision X/ MSI afterburner? What temps is your card hitting under load?

    You can control the fan by using evga precision x or msi afterburner. The fan should still keep the card from overheating without running precision x/msi afterburner.
