Looks like the fan is working. Strange that the core clock isn't showing up. Hit the default button then click apply and take another pic.

Is it like someone pulled the power plug from the wall, plugged it back in and turned on the machine? If yes, your psu may be faulty.

I'd suggest checking all your system temps. You can do that by using the program hwinfo.

It sounds like the power supply is failing under load which is causing your computer to restart when gaming.

Since you own a cyberpower pc you should try contacting their technical support via phone. The phone number is... 1-888-900-5180. If your psu is defective they can get it replaced for you if you still have warranty.
