It says I'm a superclocked member, but really I'm just here for the chicks.

How many monitors do you have connected? What is/are the monitor(s) resolution(s)? What is/are the monitor(s) refresh rate? Which video card output(s) is/are you using? What is your "power mode" set to in the NVIDIA control panel? Adaptive? Prefer maximum performance?

Yes, it can be normal for the card to idle that hot depending on the way your card is configured. Especially since the video card fans don't even turn on until around 60c by default. It isn't anything you necessarily should be concerned about unless you are having other issues or have different expectations. There are a variety of potential ways to make it idle cooler depending on how you use your computer, how many monitors you have connected, the monitor(s) refresh rate(s), the lowest refresh rates you consider acceptable when viewing the windows desktop, and how much fan noise you think acceptable.

If you have more than one monitor, it is normal to run hotter.

However, if you only have one monitor, then it is a bit hot.  Your idle temp should be around 46-47C.  Your load temp should be 71-76C.  There's a small possibility you might have a card where the GPU thermal paste was not applied correctly.

Perhaps you should set your EVGA software fan curve to run at low speeds at low temps.
