i perviously had the best bang for the buck solution and the Tuniq x-4 thermal compound... i am still impressed and i love how sexy this thing looks.( minus the RED LED because my case is BLUE) the short version the long version : P.S. my cable managment sucks P.S.S. i speak latin giberish for half of the video P.S.S.S. i love EVGA rocks go buy it NOW bottom line its a good performing cooler that doesnt cost arm and leg and it looks good BEST OF ALL YOU HAVE THE EVGA GARANTEE! i never rmaed a fan or cpu cooler because god knows if they will answer and how much and how long it would take for me to get it back. always made sence to get a better FAN as replacement... you dont have to do this with the EVGA product. solid products, solid warranty, solid OC waits you!

Red LEDs are soo easy to disable. Just cut the cords leading to the LEDs. They are unprotected and infact stick out. My case is blue too but red and blue can look really cool together. Also you should post your temps here

Junglekorak Warlord.... over 4C difference in ambient temps. Comparing those results on pic 1, doesnt impress me at all. it is a 55 dollar cooler 212+ is near EOL i had 12 dollar tuniq mx-4 and for it to be at result point i had to add a 130 cfm fan from scythe and evga looks so much nicer looking cooler all consdering. yea its not an amazing cooiler but u get decent thermalpaste , cools good , and if the fan goes out you get replacement within a day or two. 212 is best bang for the buck out there. thats why i got it when frys had it for finish the stock sale for price of 30 bucks i couldnt so no. if you want some serious cooling you should always get water cooling or a noctua d-14 or silver arrow which both cost around 90 bucks! corsair h100 should be an AWSOME product dual rad , 5 year warranty , two fans fan sepcs : - Fan airflow: 46 - 92 CFM
- Fan dBA: 22 - 39 dBA
- Fan static pressure: 1.6 - 7.7mm/H20

warlord420... I didnt mean that its not a good cooling. I just meant that numbers to compare those 2 coolers might give a wrong idea, if not noticing 4-5C degree difference in ambient temp. First of all, I think Evga cooler looks great and I wish I can see someone using it with Scythe´s Gentle Typhoon or Slip Stream fans.

Very nice temps!! Question. Will having bent fins cause temps to increase? I don't want to complain to evga about something they gave me for free, but the side of it was damaged probably from the factory.

d-rock Very nice temps!! Question. Will having bent fins cause temps to increase? I don't want to complain to evga about something they gave me for free, but the side of it was damaged probably from the factory. how much bend? how bad of bend and is it at bottom or top? unless its very close to the heatpipe, on lower end maybe 1 or 2 degrees. you can always put high cfm fan and get even beter scores :) i oredered a 240 CFM its coming in today , well see how crazy this bad boy is 21 bucks including tax and shipping is good!
