GTX 960 ssc fan speed problems

Hello folks,I'm having problems with my gpu after installing the new drivers 357.63The problem is my gpu temp is like below 35 degrees and the fans are spinning crazy and on top of that when I check precisionx. The fan speed is at 0%. Please help me. What is the problem?..
