My EVGA GTX 980 ti FTW is so loud

It's really loud and annoying. My case has good airflow, I cap the frame rate to 60fps and temps still go high as 80 degrees EVEN THO I have good airflow I only can play CPU intensive games because of this, it's pretty annoying and sad that my GPU is loud af when it's advertised to be silent...
