Trouble connecting GT 730 02G-P3-3733-KR at 60Hz via HDMI

I'm having trouble connecting my GT 730 02G-P3-3733-KR to my TV at 60Hz via HDMI. The TV (Samsung UN49KS8000FXZA) supposedly supports 60Hz via HDMI but it reports it is connected at only 30Hz. Can anyone please confirm that this card will connected at 60Hz via HDMI? Thanks...
