HD 7790 vs GTX 480

So I'm guessing my GTX 480 is faster, but I got a free HD 7790 with my RX460 both from a friend, the 7790 just needed to be cleaned and it passed 3 passes of furmark from not being bootable. So would it be useful to swap the 7790 inplace of the GTX 480?..

Weird HDD sound from WD Black?

Before I do an RMA/replacement through Newegg, my 5TB WD Black drive has been making a weird noise ONLY when shutting down.
