X58 SLI (E758) can I use 32GB ram?

I know that the specifications say that the X58 SLI (E758) can only use up to 24GB of ram, but do you know if it is possible to use 32GB, maybe if I update the BIOS? Picked up an E770 X58 Classified

Hi there, I just won an E770 Classified of eBay. Even though it's a 'manufacturer refurbished' I'm still a little skeptical about it.
