Thermal paste / heat question

I built my system back in sept 2014 with it I bought a Corsair Hydro Series H110 when 1st built my idle temps were low about 29-34c and full load temps with overclock I got highs of 66c nowadays couple years later I am no longer overclocking just using stock speeds and my idle temps are at about 62c..
